What are your office hours?

Our office is open 24 hours a day. We are staffed with Front Desk Agents from 7:00am-10:00pm. Otherwise, our Security Team and Answering Service will be available. Maintenance Technicians and Housemen are staffed until midnight for your convenience.

What are your Clubhouse hours?

The Bear Paw Clubhouse is open from 9:00am-8:00pm. The Continental Clubhouse is open from 8:00am-5:00pm. The Oakmont Restaurant inside the Continental Clubhouse is open until 10:00pm. The Fitness Center is accessible from 5:00am-10:00pm. Please call extension “0” for door code entry number

Can we bring our pet?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our resort. Service animals are permitted.

Do we have golf clubs for rent?

Golf clubs can be rented at the Continental Country Club and tee times can be set up at the pro shop. Make sure you let them know that you are a Wyndham Guest because you receive the Peaks Pass Card Member rates and free golf club rentals.

Can we drive out to the reservation instead of taking a tour?

Many areas of the reservation do not allow tourists without guides and it is not safe to travel on the reservation without a guide.

Is smoking allowed on property?

We allow smoking in designated areas only. Please check with Front Desk for locations. Smoking at the Bear Paw Clubhouse is not permitted.
